  key issues like gender-based violence\, child protection\, non-communicab
 le diseases (NCDs)\, nutrition and youth engagement. Participants also lea
 rned about local development planning\, and project management.\nKey highl
 ights:\n Clear roles for MSTF and DWCC members\n Awareness on NCDs\, gende
 r equality\, and child protection\n Stronger collaboration with RENEW\, PE
 MA\, and CBSS\n Planning tools to track progress and ensure impact\nDasho 
 Dzongdag highlighted the need for teamwork to solve social challenges and 
 improve community well-being.
