Geney Zampa under Genekha Gewog
Fifth Annual Mushroom Festival is organised by Genekha Gewog under Thimphu Dzongkhag with effect from 15 to 16 August 2019. It is also called Matsutake Mushroom Festival (Sangay Shamu). The main objective of this festival is to create awareness on the sustainable harvesting of the local mushroom and enjoy the organic flavour of Sangay Shamu.
