𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗵𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺.
The Thimphu Dzongkhag Administration, Human Resource section conducted a Khadar Ceremony program to recognize the 40 civil servants who were promoted to next higher level grade (P2 to P1, meritorious promotion and Broad Band Promotion) effective from 1st July 2022.
Coinciding with the khadhar ceremony, a total of 10 teachers and different schools in Thimphu were also awarded excellence certificates and cash prizes by the Dzongkhag Education Sector.
During the event, Dasho Dzongdag, Thimphu, highlighted the importance of Human Resource for a small country like Bhutan and the need for motivation through promotion and excellence awards in schools and institutions. Such recognitions will motivate everyone to work harder and smarter.
