The Human Resource Section conducted the Staff Coordination meeting on 11th August 2022. The meeting was Chaired by Officiating Dzongdag (Dzongrab Gom). The coordination meeting mainly focused on bringing all the staff together to discuss issues, ideas, and ways to improve the coordination among sectors and achieve the Dzongkhagโ€™s vision of REACHING THE UNREACHED.

A minute of Mindfulness meditation kick-started the meeting in DT hall from 9:30 AM and successfully ended at 5:30 PM.

The Dasho Dungpa of Lingzhi Dungkhag, Dasho Dzongrab of Thimphu Dzong Maintenance Division (TMD) and staff from the Dzongkhag Administration attended the meeting. The staff of TMD, Lingzhi Dungkhag, RNR, Health Staff, and GAOs attended the meeting virtually. This was done to make the optimal use of technology.

During the meeting, HRO presented the BCSR, Rules for Administrative Disciplinary Action (RADA), the importance of submitting the Performance Appraisal Form (IWP) and Leadership Feedback System (LFS), and Asset declaration, Cleanliness of Office surrounding, etc.

The Finance Officer also presented on the 2022-2023 Budget, and TADA eligibility followed by a Presentation on Staff Welfare Scheme by Principal DEO.

The staff arranged a potluck lunch for the day.
